My name is Michael Rice, a holistic architect working in the heart of Ireland.  I have an existing website called www.holisticarchitecture.com.  I am delighted to announce the launch of my new website - Holistic House Plans.com.

It has been developed as a playfully inevitable response to a rapidly growing number of people who wish to build their dream homes/healing and community spaces using timeless natural design principles.

The idea is simple - to present a plethora of unique and beautiful house and building designs all based on biological architecture principles and offer inexpensive detailed design drawings of these to anyone interested in creating a house/home/space which will support and nourish them on every level.

Biological Architecture is based on a pur principle set of nautral operations.  In essence, Mother Nature uses certain geometries, shapes, forms, ratios and growth patterns to create life and living sustainable systems.

We in turn use these patterns to design and create fractal harmonic spaces which are measurably more supportive of biology.  As most of us spend the majority  of our lives indoors, the implications for how we live, eat, sleep, make love, give birth and even die in these spaces are considerable.

With the site itself, the search parameters are varied - from floor area, cost, number of bedrooms to geometric forms.

Under the shape or geometry category we have designs based on the circle, the vesica (two sided geometry), the triad (three and nine sided), the tetra (four sided), the pent (five), the hex (six and twelve), the sept (seven), the octa (eight) as well as many possibilities based on the golden rectangle and golden spiral.

New designs and variations on existing designs will be added regularly.  I am also happy to make specific changes to an existing design at very reasonable additional cost on top of the base cost.

Generally the cost structure is based on building size with pirce ranges from 800 to 3400 euros for the basic package, and payment options are simple and flexible.  These are conditions of sale which are explained in more detail at the purchase stage.

The website also displays several exmaples of community/gathering spaces that could be used for the heart of an eco village, healing space or life based community.  Site specific and need based design services are also offered at agreed rates.

There is also a Gallery section showing many built examples of these spaces with accompanying testimonials from very happy inhabitants.

Finally there is a section on news and course updates, including photos of our new house as it unfolds, as well as a feature on our other beautiful home/gathering space which is on sale!
